Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Aurata Hair Collection, we are committed to delivering only the finest luxury hair extensions. Each order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest standards of quality. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, dyed, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Final sale, customized or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return
1. Obtain Authorization
- Email our Client Care team at auratahair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Ship Your Item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Aurata Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
3. Approval & Refund
- Once received, all returns are inspected.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees) within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be requested for a different length, texture, or collection.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or worn extensions
- Hair that has been altered (brushed out, colored, cut, or styled) as well as customized hair
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
- Returns must follow the same process outlined above.
